This 100 percent export oriented company is located Grameen Industrial Park, Sarabo, Kashimpur-Sadar, Kashimpur near the vicinity of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. Like Grameen Bank and its others peers, Grameen Fabrics & Fashions Ltd. also emphasises on quality and excellence. To this end, the company sourced the best branded machines which have the reputation for producing quality products in keeping with the expectations of different levels of customers.

Ownership and Management:

One of the unique features of the company is, it is owned by two Grameen Family Companies i.e Grameen Fabrics & Fashions Ltd. and Grameen Fund. Both the companies are not for-profit companies with the aim to maximize the welfare of the poor instead of maximizing profit unlike any other profit earning enterprise. The objectives of the sponsoring companies are to eradicate the poverty through creating conditions in which the disadvantaged sections of the population may have access to resources and at the same the quality of works is upheld through professional excellence.The affairs of the company is run by a Board of Directors comprising of the representatives from the sponsoring companies. Managing Director is appointed by the Board Director. Currently the following persons are in the Board of Directors of the Company.
